Upgrade RAM on HP ProBook 445 G8 (HSN-Q31C)

Hi all,

I want to upgrade my RAM but can't figure out what the maximum amount of memory this model supports. Some sites say that the maximum is 32G, and some sites say 64GB. At the moment is 2x8GB.

Please help me.

Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

    This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

    From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

Information from a reliable vendor shows it support 64GB

Maybe someone else will need it.
The system has shown that the maximum amount of memory for this model is 32GB. So I ordered 2x16GB.
