I just purchased an HP Laptop 17- cn2083dx (9P521UA) and I have a Western Digital WD_BLACK 1TB SN770 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 5,150 MB/s - WDS100T3X0E
And two PNY Performance 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL22 (Compatible with 2933MHz, 2666MHz, 2400MHz or 2133MHz) 1.2V Notebook/Laptop (SODIMM) Computer Memory Kit – MN32GK2D43200-TB. Can this be done?

Hi @ralphhippie
Yes, you can upgrade with those components, but the M.2 NVME disk will be speed limited to Gen 3 speed.
