Dear HP Support Team,
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service and the ongoing technical issues I am facing with my HP ZBook Firefly 15.6" G8 Mobile Workstation PC. I have been experiencing frequent screen freezing which renders the device completely unusable. Despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting and escalating the issue with HP Support, nothing has been resolved. When I contacted HP Support for assistance, I was horrified to find that a third-party technician from a local TVS service, completely unqualified to handle a high-end workstation like mine, was sent to address the issue. Not only was this technician grossly unprofessional and ill-equipped to deal with the problem, but during the attempted repairs, he broke the bottom cover of my laptop and replaced the SSD without resolving the original issue.
As a software engineer, I rely on my laptop for critical tasks and deadlines. However, due to this ongoing issue, I have been completely unable to work, leading to the loss of multiple clients. This delay has caused significant financial damage to my business, and I hold HP directly responsible for this.
I demand an immediate replacement of my laptop with a fully functional unit so that I can resume my work without further delays. I should not have to endure any more downtime or ineffective repairs, and frankly, the inconvenience and financial losses I have suffered due to HP’s incompetence are completely unacceptable.
I expect to hear back from HP within 24 hours with a resolution. This is non-negotiable.
