It's an HP ZBook Firefly 14-inch G10, The computer arrived yesterday and came with a User License Number: 0907906.
When I turned it on, it booted directly into Windows setup as if it were brand new—everything was fine.
But when it asked for my email associated with Microsoft, it wouldn’t let me continue because it said the device is associated with another organization.
Uriel: "It won't let me continue with the Windows installation."

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if you can bypass the requirement to use a Microsoft account and use a local account to set up Windows.

 

This should work whether or not you have an internet connection.
