Hi All,
My System Model: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC with HP 27es monitor (HDMI-to-Display Port cable) is constantly flickering on & off.
I have a strange issue where the HP USB-C Dock G5 I am using now is showing as HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 on my Windows 11 22H2 ?
Therefore, I can only install sp139700.exe
TITLE: HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 - Firmware
VERSION: 1.1.14.0
instead of the sp139699.exe
TITLE: HP USB-C Dock G5 - Firmware
VERSION: 1.0.15.0
How to fix the issue please ?

I'm using HP USB-C G5 dock with my HP 840 G5 machine and Windows 11 22H2 now. I don't know why its driver is to old.
How did you install it on the very first time ?
Regards.

Hi @Banhien,
I am installing it using the Windows update, and then manually going to the HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support page.
This is the docking station is showing under Device Management:
Docking
Display:
Somehow the issue with flickering displays is still occurring.
