HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V8W2AV)

We've been seeing a rash of issues with various laptops and docks that we have deployed. Common symptoms include external monitors flickering /not being detected at all and devices that stop charging while docked. The common fixes are usually physically unplugging the dock from wall power or holding the laptop's power button down for 30 seconds, though this varies between cases. I'm seeing a few other reports of this around the internet on G9/G10 laptops, has anybody identified the core issue or a reliable fix?

When the issues first started for us, a BIOS update would seemingly resolve the issue but now we have devices on the latest BIOS once again experiencing the issue. All of our devices are on the latest BIOS and drivers available through windows update. We have not experienced these issues on the few non-HP laptops we have deployed which are connected to HP docks.
