Hi @Santhosh_G,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Intel VT-x EPT virtualization support. Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

Verify BIOS Settings

  • Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings.
  • This is usually done by pressing a key like F2,  immediately after powering on your computer.
  • Once in the BIOS, navigate to the Security tab or Advanced tab, depending on the BIOS layout of your system.
  • Look for an option named Virtualization Technology (VTx) or Intel Virtualization Technology. Ensure it is enabled.
  • If available, also check options for VT-d or any related settings, and enable them if necessary.
  • Save changes and exit the BIOS setup.

Confirm Processor Support

  • Check Intel ARK to see if your processor supports Intel VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT). You can do this by searching your processor model on the Intel ARK website.

Update BIOS

Take care and have an amazing day!
