Dear HP Support Team,

I have recently purchased an HP EliteBook 840 G9 (Serial:Edited, Product: 6W029UP#ABA) which was originally sold in the USA. I’m currently residing in Bangladesh and I’d like to transfer the warranty coverage to this region.

Please let me know the steps or documents required to complete this process.

We understand you would like to request a country warranty transfer for your HP EliteBook 840 G9. Since the product was originally purchased in the US and you are now using it in Bangladesh, we kindly request that you contact the phone support for further clarification. 

Please note that HP’s Global Warranty provides coverage at the level of the standard warranty offered in the country of use. For example, if a product is purchased in country “A” and later moved to country “B,” it will receive the current warranty coverage applicable in country “B” (provided that the product is marketed or supported there).
