Hello,
You can also contact the local HP Support department and discuss the matter with them. They should be able to update this information in HP systems. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase documents (invoice, receipts, payment/order data, etc)
Extra info:
Do not worry about what you see online as warranty condition and warranty start/end date. The invoice/receipt/warranty document you have is the actual document and acts as a proof of purchase. This is what counts should you need in-warranty support from HP or local HP service partners.
The warranty date in the system you see online starts from when HP ships the device out of factory or sells the product to a major distributor. Since you didn't order directly from HP factory but from a local store/distributor, you see a difference because HP cannot know exactly when you purchase it. For example: here in your case HP might have manufactured the product in January 2022 and sold it to Amazon or Amazon seller. The seller kept the product in a storage for a year unused and sold it (re-sold it) to you in Feb 2023.
Hope this helps

Thank you, but when I contacted with the support in Brazil they said my product was bought in US and they cannot supply any service to me. Also, they didn't want to provide any information about the warranty problem.
So, while my notebook is working properly it's not really a problem, but if I'll need in future? How can I get the warranty support ?
