Product: ZBook Firefly G11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have ordered ZBook Firefly G11 laptop from an offline store and got it delivered on 20.09.2024. The laptop comes with 3 years warranty. But when checked for warranty status on HP website, it is showing that the warranty starts from 14th June, 2024. I learnt from the HP website that I cannot raise a dispute online because my laptop is a commercial one. I tried to contact customer support but in vain. HP needs to improve customer support.

 

Please help me resolve the issue at the earliest.
