HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Elitebook was purchased in the U.S. and is under warranty. I am living in another country. The laptop has been accepted for warranty service in this country four times without issue.

The computer has now been in repair for more than 70 days due to a part shortage. The local HP center said they will not ship a refurbished computer from the U.S. HP has offered to give me cash for the computer. However, they are requesting an invoice stating the purchase price of the computer. I do not have an invoice.

Once HP agrees to repair my computer under warranty, they accept all terms of the warranty. Right? Can HP now request an invoice to fulfill the 'replacement' part of the warranty?
