Hello
I bought a notebook, that still has a warrant service, from a friend in the USA and I returned to Israel.
After a few months, the laptop is not turning on.
I contacted HP Israel, and they are asking for the invoice for the warranty.
The laptop is only 8 months old. And I want to repair it, It's an expensive laptop.
Can you please help me to provide the document that they ask for?
