Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

We had our internet rewired in our home.  I got the printer,  HP Envy 6400 to hook up, BUT it is Offline, and I cannot get it to hookup to get it online.  When I turn off my computer, the printer responds, but is still offline.   I have turned the printer off, unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, plugged it back in, rebooted my computer,  but no luck, the printer is still offline.  I am an eighty one year old lady.  We have three HP computers and three HP printers.  I am aware that this printer is out of warranty, but anything you can do to help me I would be MORE than grateful.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat it as a new router abd use the following Guide:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
