We want to ship our laptop directly to HP for repair

One of the screen hinges is broken on our HP laptop. We would like to ship it directly to HP for repair, as we have had two bad experiences using certified HP repair centers.

We own a fleet of HP laptops, so all future repairs would be conducted this way.

Does HP have a repair department? It's outside warranty and cost is not a factor.
