Hi,

One our users has an unusual issue (at least I haven't seen it before). The webcam has suddenly started giving a really dark and ghostly image. Not sure what to do about this. It's under warranty so I can just call them but they're closed right now in my country and I wanted to see if there were some trouble-shooting steps that might be able to diagnose or resolve the issue.

The issue was noticed in Teams but it's in Zoom as well.
