Hi everyone,I have problem and I hope for your help.
I bought a laptop 2 and a half years ago, it broke down 8 months ago, it was taken away under warranty and repaired. Moreover, after I was sent back, I noticed an error that occurred when I touched the lid at the back, I did not attach importance to it and dumped it on the retreating contact. But just a week ago it turned off completely, the same thing what been to. I took it to the independent center of my city, they said "it's a processor," but when it broke under warranty, I was concluded that "the motherboard was replaced," it means that only except sad m2,ram and cooling. Is there a way to prove that the processor was already an error? Thank you
