HP Probook 450 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello a month ago i bought HP Probook 450 G7 i would like to know what is better for battery life.

After a computer is charged to 100% i have two options:

1. Keep the notebook plugged into adapter and use it

2. Unplug the computer from adapter and use it on battery

Mostly when i use computer i stay in the room so i dont bring it much to another places.

I would like an advice if is bad for battery if i keep the notebook constantly plugged into adapter or is better after is fully charged that i unplug notebook from adapter. I use computer alot and i already passed 55 charging cycles from 1000.

I dont use this computer for gaming but i use alot for my work multitasking but even when is plugged into adapter it rarely passes the 50 degree temperature of processor.

Thank you in advance for the answers
