Welcome to the HP Community.
The image you posted shows that the battery is 7 months of age.
It does not show the system having been scanned.
The age of the battery might be due to the system having been manufactured some time before it was sold.
If you purchased the computer from HP - it was NOT used unless the product number indicates the system is "refurbished" by having an "R" added at the end of the Product Number.
