What is the escalation matrix for Hp India If the support team is lethargically slow and Dragging the repairs/ support deliberately?

 

One full week has passed, but there is no reasonable response received from the HP team for the quotation of my HP laptop repair work. Did several email communications, but no response being received.


By selecting HP laptop for my business purpose, I think I have done a big mistake now.
