Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that you're having trouble with your PC—it got stuck while playing a game, then crashed, and now you're unable to use it. That must be really frustrating. Let’s try BIOS Restore on the device and see if this helps to get the device back, if it comes we need to try other steps to completely fix the issue.
BIOS Restore :
1) Shutdown the computer, keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
