Is there a UEFI Boot option.
What kind of USB-Installation Bootstick do you have? Is there any efi-folder and a bootmgr.efi on the disk?
If not, you have to download the Media Creation Tool (MCT) again and prepare a stick for a diffent PC.
Your USB-stick must be FAT32 formatted.
