I was looking for manuals on two different HP laptops and a display (ProBook 650 G5, ZBook 15 G3 and E24i G4 WUXGA).
I was logged in with my account and selected the item Manuals and when I did this, the web page returned a message saying: It appears that there is no support content for you here (translated from Danish).
I assume there must be an error with HP Manual support page?

You will have to use google and search. For example the ZBook 15 G3
https://www.google.com/search?q=ZBook+15+G3+manuals&oq=ZBook+15+G3+manuals
The service manual as well as users manual can be found.
These are older system and no longer supported. This is not just an HP problem. Older appliances as well as computer systems are no longer being supported by most OEMs. Try to avoid downloading any manual that has .exe extension. Look for .pdf or .zip Do not download a "manual finder"

Hello.
HP website has occasional problems, and sometimes support pages don't work properly if you are logged in. Clearing browser cookies or just using a private browser window window can help in many cases. Also, try searching for product information pages via Google or other web search tools, they may find better HP support pages that the HP search doesn't.
I just tested and I can see user guides for Probook 650 G5 and Zbook 15 G3, but E24i G4 has no content available.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I was also looking for the manual for HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Mobile Workstation-PC which is a new laptop.
This I could not find, but google could find it on HPs German support site.
So using the product number I could find the manuals from there; also for the ProBook 650 G5.
Weird that HP is not consistent...
Thanks for your help.

This took a while but I found it. I had to add the phrase "on screen display" to the google search
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/setup-user-guides/hp-e24i-g4-wuxga-monitor/34513965
If "monitor" was added the lookup would have been faster.

Thanks for your help. I have found what I need (the laptop manuals).
The link for the monitor still returns:
"Looks like we don’t have support content for you here.
Try posting on our HP Support Community forums for potential solutions.
(available in English, Chinese, Portugese, Spanish)"
But if I change the link to:
https://support.hp.com/de-de/product/details/hp-e24i-g4-wuxga-monitor/34513965
I get the possibility to select "Einrichtung und Handbucher" (which is manuals).
Here and can select the manuals in different languages.

The problem could be DNS lookup related.
One of the volunteers here uses VPN to lookup items in another country for location and pricing. I do not know how to do that.
On one occasion a lookup of an HP part returned a different page depending on if I used Firefox or Edge.
Recently I discovered that occasionally if https://hp10sxxxxxxxxxxx does not work (page missing) I only need to remove the "s" from the https to make it work. The page shows up correctly but I get a warning the site is not safe.
