I am beyond frustrated with the handling of my laptop repair/replacement case. I sent my laptop in for repairs as instructed, which went smoothly. However, the subsequent replacement process has been a nightmare.
I was told my laptop was unrepairable and would be replaced. The agent who informed me of this promised regular updates and initiation of the replacement. That was over a month ago.
I have not received a single update or response from the agent despite numerous attempts to contact him. I've spent countless hours in HP chat rooms and on hold with phone support, only to be met with vague responses and no tangible progress. I am completely stuck and feel like I'm being given the runaround. This is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to escalate a complaint within HP beyond the standard support channels? I need a solution.
