White dots on my display

 today i woke up with my screen looking like this i dont know how to get rid of it i’ve been looking at other’s their questions about this but i havent seen one like this the dots ar visible even when opening chrome

Please restart your computer. Are the dots already showing when the HP logo is shown in start up? If so, the panel is defective.

The panel itself cannot be fixed but it probably can be replaced. If you have warranty left - it should cover this unless the panel problem was caused by something external (temperature, pressure, etc). Depending on your jurisdiction, consumer protection laws may force the reseller to fix it for free or discount if this laptop is relatively new.
