i have hp EliteBook 840 G1 laptop and i lost my wifi adapter driver i can;t connect with wifi

Hello.

 

If this is the internal WiFi adapter, then you should be able to download the missing driver from HP 840 G1 laptop driver page at HP: HP EliteBook 840 G1 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

 

Your laptop has an airplane mode button on the right top corner of your keyboard. Make sure it's not on.

If the orange light on the button is lit, then your wifi adapter is disabled.
