Wifi settings

It can connect to the mobile phone hotspot, but the wifi in the dormitory can't be connected. I don't know how to change the WiFi settings.

Thanks for sharing the details. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist as the wifi is a public dormitory.

You need to contact IT support from your Dormitory.
