I have probook 6550b and i upgrade win7 to win10 64bit. The problem is that drivers for win10 are not available on HP support and using the drivers pack of win07 dont cover all the hardware components of the laptop. I experience problems with the wifi drivers that not loading on laptop startup and i can see on the device manager that not all the hardware is recognize.
I found old topic with the same issue on the HP support forum but the download links are not active any more.
Hope you can support me with this issue and provide me the right drivers pack for the probook 6550b.
Thanks in advance,

Hello @Digi2U .
You can use viable software that will take care of finding compatible drivers for your computer with the version of Windows you have installed, so you can use the following:
https://www.driverscloud.com/en/features
https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php?b1
The other option is to search for the driver by ID, but I see that according to what you mention, this time it will not be feasible.

Hi, @Digi2U
Your notebook is not supported for W10 by HP and no W10 drivers exist.
What drivers do you need, and I should be able to help you with that.
For example, most of those notebooks have a missing device labeled as a Base system device, and that one needs the Ricoh card reader driver for Windows 7.

You're very welcome.
When you regain access to your notebook, if you post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers, I should be able to help you find what you need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

Hi,
I found the hardware ID's:
Hardware 01:
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004
Hardware 02:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&SUBSYS_146E103C&REV_06
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&SUBSYS_146E103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&CC_070002
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&CC_0700
Thanks for your support.

Hi, Lior:
You need these drivers for those devices...
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004:
This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67:
You will need to manually install the device that I zipped up and attached below.
Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click on the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
I had to do this because sp59684 installs two drivers and W10 has already installed a newer driver for the Intel Management Engine Interface than the attached driver does.
So, I deleted all of the files associated with that driver from the attached file.
