Product: HP Elitebook 850
We have a problem with multiple Elitebooks (differtent types) in our company. The problem is that when rebooting or shutdown Windows 10 or Windows 11 the system hangs or it will take a long long time to shutdown or reboot.
When investigating the problem we noticed that the problem exist as soon as we use some audio. For example Teams or Youtbube.
When we disable the service "HP Audio Analytics Service" the problem is solved and the laptops are shutting down or rebooting properly. It seems that the problem happend after a windows update but i am not sure.
