HP Probook 470 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Guys,

 

I have an HP Probook 470 G5 and I experience some problems with the windows 10 start menu search (the one on the bottom left of the screen). 

 

The problem is that it does not always find what I type there. Some facts are:

 

1) It always finds successfully any app I search, except one - don't know what's wrong with this app

2) It will always find any document I search the first time I search it from when I open the laptop, but it won't do it the second time (or the third etc) even for the same document

3) After some random time (eg. 15 minutes) I may search something there and it magically works - after that number 2 happens again

4) I don't know if the laptop had this problem from the beginning since I only recently started using this kind of searching 

5) I have tried various solutions, by searching google, like rebuilding the index and pointing to only my documents or trying to play a bit with the windows search service but no success so far.

 

So, any ideas what's wrong? Anyone experiencing the same problem?
