Product: EliteBook x360 1030 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

After the release of Windows 10 1809, facerecognition has stopped working on our x360 1030 G3 models. 

If I deploy Windows 10 1803, facial recognition works perfectly fine.

I have tried installing the latest drivers, but still no luck.

 

The problem is isolated to the x360 model - I have tried it on the 840 G5 without problems on both 1803 and 1809.

 

Have anyone experienced this, and found a solution?

the first thing i would do is make sure the BIOS and drivers are updated... Use HP Image Assistant to do this
