HP Elite x2 G4 Tablet with Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through the steps to set up my fingerprints on my Elite X2g4.  When I try to sign in, it does not recognize my fingerprints and forces me to use my password/pin.  Do any of the HP provided security programs, Sure Start, Sure Run, etc, interact with the Win 10 Hello system and limit the sign on with fingerprints?  If they do, what do I need to do to allow my Elite X2 to use my fingerprints to sign on?  If these programs do not limit the use of fingerprint sign on, what else would be causing the problem and what setting/settings do I need to address to allow the fingerprint sign on to work?
