My lap top is a hp probook fortis 14 GN. It came with windows 11 pro. I adderad some programs as Norton, Office 2024 and it worked out fine. Then I installed a somewhat older program, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. After this it's not possible to start windows at all. I want to uninstall Photoshop but this is not possible if I don't get into

windows. Internet is also not available.

Are there any solutions?

Hello.

You can restore the Windows 11 on your laptop with HP Cloud Recovery. Here are the instructions:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4374279-4216685-16

I do not know what is "Fortis 14 GN". The Cloud Recovery supports Fortis 14 G9 and Fortis 14 G10 models.

This procedure will cause all your data to be lost, so if you already have documents or other stuff you need to save them first.

You can usually force Windows 11 into safe mode by pressing F11 when HP logo is shown when computer is started. There are other options as well such as Startup Repair or System Restore which may or may not fix the problem. Choose Troubleshoot -> Advanced for either the System Restore or continue with  Startup settings -> Restart -> Enable Safe Mode. Once you are in safe mode, copy your stuff to e.g. USB drive and then restore the system to factory defaults.
