Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I purchased an EliteBook 865 g10 16 inch business laptop
I went through the registration process and finally it offered me the choice of 6 months extra of Wolf Software. I pressed the appropriate icon and the Wolf software appeared to go through the loading process and the Wold emblem with the small rotating 'loading' circle showing. It did not sto[p and went on for hours. The computer was switched off several times and attempts made to start in safe mode.
I contacted support at Wolf Security who are apparently trying to help without me losing all the data already on the system.
Wolf Security screen will not go away!!!!!!¬
