Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We use Bitlocker in company and Bitlocker is active on HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 computer. When we restart this computer we see logo of Wolf security and computers starts without entering password of Bitlocker. Same situation is when we shutdown that computer and start it again. Is it somewhere option to disable that and how to be certain that data on that computer will be readable after we disable this setting?
