For what it's worth, I'd just recently created my account, but your advice prompted me to look at my account profile. There were several blank items therein that were marked as required. After I updated my profile with all the required fields, then I was able to successfully submit a new support request.

Hello Thank you for posting your concerns on the HP Support Forums. I have brought your matters to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They may request for some additional information from you in order to look up your case or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Please keep in mind not to post any personal information publicly (serial numbers, phone numbers, and etc.). If you have any additional questions please send me a private message. I am getting this issue as well, and it has been impossible to get ahold of anyone or get a response as to why...I have been trying for over 48 hours.
The "myhpsupporthelp.amsenglish@hp.com" email is not responding either after sending them 3 emails in 48 hours.
