Product: HP ZBook 17 G2 Base Model Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

Yesterderday, all USB ports on my ZBook stopped to work just like that.

I've tried :

1-to uninstall all usb root in the device manager.

2-To turn off the pc and remove the battery during 1hour

 

But nothing works.

 

Somebody could help me please ?
