In MS Teams, the built-in webcam does not appear. Also when opening the Video option in Cisco Jabber, the camera preview tries to load, then causes Jabber to crash.
The Windows 10 Camera app works fine.
We have multiple ZBooks exhibiting these same symptoms and need some serious help for our remote workers!!

This seems to be an OS fault.
The quick way to fix this is:
1. Run Device Manager as admin
2. Look for the HP Webcam driver and uninstall it.
3. Now do a Scan for Hardware Changes up in the Actions menu and see that the HP Webcam is back on the list.
4. Restart MS Teams.
5. Test by going into the MS Teams settings and look in device and make sure you can select HP HD Camera as an option.
