Product: ZBook Power G11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have a ZBook Power G11 and when doing CPU intensive tasks the fan will startup which is normal.  However, my concern is with HOW the fan starts up.  I'm coming from a ZBook Power G9 to this G11.  On the G9 the fan comes on gradually as the CPU heats up, but on the G11 the fan comes on very abruptly and is very annoying in a quiet environment.  Is this an issue anyone else has noticed?  Hoping a future BIOS update will help.   (G11 is on BIOS W97 Ver. 01.05.00 - 01/10/2025)  Thanks!

I was searching in this community and found a posting that describes the same annoying ZBook Power G11 fan noise as I am experiencing.  It includes a link to a YouTube video where you can hear the fan noise/burst.
