Product: Zbook 17 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I normally have my Zbook 17 powered throughout the day but over the past few months it's sat idle but plugged in. 

Recently the AC adapter power light on the side of the machine shows power.  But when I try to power it up.  Nothing.  I tried the hard reset (including removing the bottom cover and disconnecting the battery)    The caps lock light glows and fades and then when pressing the power button it lights a short time while pressing and then nothing.  

 

I'm hoping its just a dead/flat battery?   Or bad external power supply?
