Product: HP ZBook Studio 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC (9Q570AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a very expensive HP ZBook Studio 16 G11 Mobile Workstation. It was advertised as having Z Light Space - an RGB backlight. I chose the Studio over the Power because despite having fewer ports the Studio had this RGB backlight. I have since been informed this rbg feature is an optional extra, which had to be configured at purchase. There is no option on the website to choose this configuration, in fact the only place the fact that its listed as optional is on the 32nd note in that page of the specifications on the bottom of the page.  So I'm left wondering why did I pay extra for the studio, with the same spec and fewer ports. As a result of this I have to say I would not recommend the HP studio at all. More than that I find the advertising HP has used downright duplicitous. This is my fourth HP laptop in the last ten years and I've got to say I might not purchase a fifth.

not all countries can be customised, in your country you have to call if you want another configuration.
