HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (33D87AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So yesterday After school i went home to plug my computer in as normal, but then something didn't feel right as only  my keyboard lit up.
The workstation has one USB port, HDMI port and Ethernet port on the left side. These three were working perfectly fine, but then the USB C port along with the two other USB ports were not working,
Like any other person i started to panic and  restarted the system, nothing changed

I then went into bios and ran a quick hardware check only to find out only 1 usb port was detected.
i uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, nothing happened

the only thing that gave me a little hope was when opened up the computer and resat the battery ( unplugging and replugging), this fixed two of the normal usb ports
however, the USB-c port was still not working
I checked thunderbolt controller and nothing was there too
I  ran the bios test and this time it said  "thunderbolt devices using the type c port configuration are not currently supported, USB type C port on the graphics card card is not currently supported"
I went on forums and someone had said to factory reset.
With nothing else to lose i went ahead and backed up anything that was important and went for a factory reset, and then thunderbolt controller showed ( port 1)
but the port was still not letting out power or reading any usb sticks
I went to the forums and tried the following fixes
1) removing the battery saving options
2) reinstalling the drivers ( again )
3)running usb diagnostics ( said nothing was wrong )
Im currently lost and i have no clue what to do from here, The usb port is usually used to transfer power to my cooler to keep the temperature of the laptop low, without it it would make the battery life a lot less
Anyone have any ideas what i can try from here?
