hello, my pc had a fuul charge capacity of 43,213 mWH this morning and it suddenly shut down and the power botton wasn't working and after i plug a charger it start and the battery full charge capacity decreased to 6,041mWH. can any one tell me what the reason can be? and my pc model is hp elitebook 830 g5
