Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my laptop is hp omen 15 and its almost brand new when i go to check battery cycle count with windows report im shocked it was 618 cycle how its like that in band new laptop

  • How old is your laptop? 
  • Could you please share the picture of the battery cycle count image? 
  • Have you tried HP support assistance to check battery life?
