HP ELITEBOOK 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've bought an HP ELITEBOOK 840 G2 on a bankrupt auction. Unfortunately it's locked by user password and bios password. I've got all papers and DVDs with it. It's still under warranty- August 2015. I mailed HP support about it, but is there anything I can do myself?

Dear Customer,

 

Please contact HP technical support at 866 625 1175  ( for elitebooks)

They will require the  UUID and serial number from the F1 screen and will be sending a file to reset the BIOS password
