Cannot install windows 10 updates, because I have to ununstall the HP HD encryption software.
However, first I should decrypt the HD, but I have option as described in a post:

I have an HP laptop that has encryption in place -- and I can install Windows Updates without any problems. In fact, I just installed the third update in so many weeks yesterday.
HOW are you trying to install these?
Also, are you trying to install the v20.04 Feature Update?

OK, so it looks like you are back on Win10 v1809 and MS is trying to upgrade you to v1903.
That's not a routine Windows Update; instead, it is a Feature Upgrade -- and those come out twice a year and effectively, it's like installing an entirely new version of Windows 10 -- which is why MS wants the drive encryption removed. Routine, weekly Windows Updates don't have to deal with that.
My PC was encrypted with BitLocker and the utility provides the means to remove the decryption.
Sorry, but I don't know how to remove the HP decryption.
