Product: ProBook 6470b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a HP ProBook 6470b but i cant find Bluetooth and fingerprint reader on it i cant use them i chek the specs on hp`s website and it was there but i cant find them in my device thay don`t even show up in the Device manager or bios

Hello

 

6470b is on old model, If I well remember it was sold around 2012/2013.

 

Finger Print Reader was an option

Bluetooth was an option too.

 

so , or they are disabled in the bIO setting or they are not in your unit.
