Hello.

15eb probably points to the Thunderbolt controller on your computer.

Before we can continue any further, can you tell your laptop model? (e.g. Zbook 15 G3, Elitebook 840 G5 or something similar). Each laptop model has different hardware and different solutions.

Also, be more specific with the problem - in which situation you are getting an error? Attach an image if you can.

Hello,

It’s ZBook 15 G5

I got the error during Bios update and it still like this since yesterday

Hi,

At this point it is obvious the update cannot continue properly, and your only avenue is to terminate the process. Ctrl-Alt-Del probably doesn't work -> use the power button. If it does not work, keep it pressed for several seconds to force a poweroff. Keep your finger crossed and hope that the laptop recovers.

Looking at the latest Firmware Pack 1.28 release notes, there's no mention of Thunderbolt firmware, which is rather strange. There is a separate HP ZBook 15 G5 Thunderbolt 3 Firmware Update version 61.0.1.x.1 Rev.A available. Was that what you were updating?

Have the Thunderbolt ports worked properly before and now afterwards?
