HP Recommended

My new elitebook 860 G11 suddenly becomes slow. The cpu (ultra 7 155h) is very low; 396mhz. The base speed should be 1,4 GHZ. The notebook used to become warm (cpu temperature around 90 degrees), but then the cpu still worked fine. I also has the message to replace the battery, but this message disappeared. All updates are installed

What can I do to increase the speed of the cpu?
