Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP  Elitebook 8760W Laptop on a hp desktop stand With a monitor on top and a hstnn-i11x  docking station, my question is how do you remove the docking station from the desk stand as it clipped in with no problems, any ideas as why iit won't come bach out or is there some think im missing. can you help please as i now have a more advanced dock to replace this one to go in it.
