Your model is supposed to have TPM 2.0.

 

'Security' on page 4 of the service manual reads:  TPM 2.0 SLB9670 (Infineon; soldered down).

HP ProBook 450 G4 Notebook PCHP ProBook 455 G4 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

You don't see TPM 2.0 in Security section in device manager? TPM 1.2 is listed instead?
